Exercise Classes

Strength For Life offers free weekly exercise classes for cancer patients, survivors and thrivers.  Our program is based on current  and emerging research linking exercise to better outcomes for cancer patients and survivors.  Classes are open to all who have been diagnosed with any type of cancer regardless of treatment status and are appropriate for all fitness levels.

Strength For Life’s Certified Cancer Exercise Instructors provide a safe and effective strength training program in a supportive and compassionate environment.  The program is modified for each participant based on fitness level, treatment status, and treatment related side effects they may be experiencing.  All equipment is provided free of charge for our participants to keep.
