KATHLEEN J. HENNESSY-MORAN, ESQ., has over 10 years’ experience in the title insurance industry.  She currently holds the position of Senior Underwriting Counsel at Stewart Title Insurance Company.  Prior to focusing on title insurance, she was Deputy County Clerk at the Nassau County Clerk’s office where she served as office counsel for 4 plus years.

Kathleen was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2001.  She earned her Juris Doctor (2000) from Hofstra University School of Law and Master of Business Administration (2003) from the Zarb School of Business.  She is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.
