SFL’s Mindful Movement Walking Group is a safe, fun, and encouraging walk among Strength for Life friends where we will strengthen our bodies, boost our immune systems, and nourish our minds through mindful movement, positive affirmations and meditative practices. All levels of ability and modifications will be offered, including steady pace and more “powerful” walking as well as “brain boosting” energy movements.
